Certified Mopar Technician
Compensation: $35-50 per hour and aggressive incentives based on experience and certifications.
Position Summary
The Certified Mopar Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. This position plays a vital role in ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, accurately, and safely while supporting the dealership's commitment to "Where the Customer Comes First Since 1948."
Primary Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
Complete warranty, recall, and customer pay repairs accurately and efficiently.
Utilize Mopar diagnostic equipment, service information, and repair procedures.
Perform thorough Multi Point Inspections (MPI) on every vehicle.
Document findings clearly and communicate repair recommendations to the service team.
Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality standards while minimizing comebacks.
Participate in ongoing Mopar certification and technical training.
Properly care for customer vehicles, dealership tools, and shop equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA and dealership safety standards.
Work collaboratively with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications

Current Mopar Certification preferred.
Previous automotive repair experience required.
Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills.
Ability to use factory diagnostic equipment and repair information.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
ASE Certifications are a plus.

We need a Service Advisor who is an expert in the art and science of customer service. Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments and act as a liaison between customers and service techs. Job Responsibilities
Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces
Vacuum, shampoo, and clean carpets, seats, and upholstery to ensure vehicles are spotless
Clean and polish wheels, tires, and trim pieces
Apply protective coatings to vehicle paint and surfaces to preserve appearance
Inspect vehicle condition and report any noticeable damages or issues to service advisors
Clean and detail engine compartments, door jambs, and undercarriages
Ensure vehicles are in excellent condition before delivery to customers
Maintain an organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are cleaned and properly stored
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards when using cleaning materials and equipment
Communicate with team members to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently met
Maintain vehicle inventory cleanliness and organization for showroom and lot display
Compensation
$18-22/hr
Qualifications
Must meet dealership’s requirements for employment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Knowledge of automotive cleaning products and techniques is a plus, but not required
Attention to detail and passion for keeping vehicles looking their best
Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate manual transmissions
Prior experience in car detailing or related fields is preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
Ability to operate an automobile
Working at a fast pace while performing tasks with precision and care
Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment safely as per company procedures

Parts Advisor
 We need a reliable, professional parts counterperson to purchase, sell, store and issue parts within our busy dealership. Sure, you’ll need to be good at ordering parts and maintaining inventory, but you’ll also need excellent people skills when dealing with customers and internal staff. The right person can expect great pay, great benefits and a great dealership family environment.
Job Responsibilities

Determine needs and accurately specify parts accordingly
Create and modify purchase orders
Issue purchase orders to appropriate vendor to order parts
Record warranty parts returned
Create special ordered parts on dealership computer system and notify ASM, technician or client upon receipt
Review special order parts tracking
Process and close open invoices
Compare invoices against requisitions to verify quality and quantity of merchandise received
Keep records of outside purchases and parts received and issued
Perform ongoing warehouse parts inventory
Attend weekly department meetings
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED. Some type of automotive exerperience needed.
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience.  Pay range is from $36,000-$60,000 year.
